Betrüger bei autoscout?
Verfasst: So 15. Aug 2010, 20:55Ich denke mal, dass ich einen gefunden habe. Ich hatte bischen nach ´nen anderen Fahrbaren Untersatz gesucht, quasi als Ersatz für den Focus oder den Puma. Hab auch einen gefunden, ´98er F150, sollte nur 3200 Euro kosten. Hab dann mal den Typen angeschrieben und zurück kam ´ne Mail, die füg ich mal ein:

if I lived and worked in Germany for a year. I bought the car in
Germany. The vehicle is in good condition, has no technical damages at all, no
scratches or dents, no hidden defects, no smoking. It's fun and robust
to drive. Technical inspection and emissions testing is
passed and stamped as well. It has title of ownership, cleared of any
obligations or fees and comes with all the german documents. German
registration with german TUV and german plates. The car has a left hand drive
for Europe. No extra costs. All information's about the car are correct.
I had to get back home because my wife is having a baby. I really need to
sell it fast. If you are interested I will send you all the terms so we can start
this transaction.
Car price whit shipping included is EUR 3000.

Das war ja schon klein wenig merkwürdig, aber ich denk, nicht vorverurteilen und außerdem, Fragen kostet ja nix also wollt ich eine Kopie von den Zulassungsdokumenten haben per mail zum Daten Checken. Es kamen Fotos und der folgende Text:

I will give you some details about the car's shipping and how the payment will be done.
I found here in Spain an Escrow company called ProspeedTransport. They are shipping cars and other things like this by truck. The company assure the delivery in 4-6 working days.
I will explain you the steps more carefully:
-first you give me your full name and address + ( COPY OF YOUR ID )and I will go and deposit the car to the company;
-they contact you as soon as they have the car and give you a sale contract already signed by me and the payment invoice ;
-you sign the contract , send them back and make the payment in their bank account;
-finally after you send them the confirmation from the bank they will start the shipping;
The money will stay in their bank account until you receive the car and inspect it (you will have 5 days of inspection). If you will not be satisfied with the car you will return them back with no extra cost (I will have to pay for the return) and of course that you will have the money transferred in your bank account.
I hope I was clear enough. I will wait your email with your personal data in order to start the transaction.

Und jetzt das geile, nicht genug, dass ich die kohle irgendwo hin überweisen soll gegen übersendung von beschriebenem Klopapier (zu mehr taugt der Vertrag ja eh nicht) bei den Bildern waren auch einige Fehler: Auto war nicht auf D umgerüstet (Nebelschluß, Rückfahrleuchte) Es spiegelten sich im Lack nur Ami-Autos und es war ein typisches Ami-Anwesen (Gebäudeart) das niemals in D oder Spain steht. Und nun noch der KFZ-Brief und Schein. Ja, ihr lest richtig. Angeblich gerade nur ein Jahr hier, jetzt grad wieder weg, aber noch alten Brief und Schein. Gibbet doch seit Jahren schon nicht mehr! Und natürlich so fotografiert, dass nix zu lesen ist. Hat auch kaum Eintragungen, also bestimmt auch noch nicht mal von ´nem Ami
Wollt das mal so los werden, damit nicht noch jemand aus dem Forum auf den Mist rein fällt.
